I hate the way my entire body looks.?

My eyes are too big, my nose is too big, my teeth are super crooked (we can't afford braces), I'm taller than any other 9th grade girl (5'6"), and I get a super bad camel toe with everything I wear (I'm getting labiaplasty when I'm 18) and I'm just super super insecure and I don't have any confidence...help?
